Job Title: Senior Case Manager

Reports To: Program Director

Appointed By: CEO

Job Description

This position reports to program director, and has close working relationships with other
case managers, therapists, house managers, and works collaboratively with other staff.

Requirements

– Commitment to Primo Center Mission
– Valid driver’s license
– MA or MS degree, preferably in social work, human services or related fields.
– Ten (10) + years of direct case management experience preferably in social work,
– human services, or related field.
– Five (5) + years of work experience, preferably with families experiencing
homelessness and/or survivors of domestic violence or human trafficking.
– Extensive knowledge and relationships with resources and partners.
– Working knowledge of mainstream benefits and child welfare system.
– Extensive knowledge of therapeutic assessments.
– Demonstrated understanding and utilization of Harm Reduction and Trauma
Informed Care.
– Effective verbal and written communication skills
– Experience and ability to use computers for data entry, communication and report
writing.
– Demonstrate respect for cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of clients and
– is willing and competent to work with a diverse client population.
– Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
– Must be available for after hours, weekend and on-call work, as needed
